Kitten Purchase Agreement This agreement (“Agreement”) is made on *********,between ** Yelena Makovskaya (Breeder)and ***********(“Buyer”) for the sale of a ***************(“Kitten”) as described below:

1. Description of Kitten: The Kitten is the*******(“Buye2. Purchase Price: The purchase price for the Kitten is $********and is to be paid by the Buyer to the Breeder. The Buyer shall pay the Breeder a deposit in the amount of $500.00 to  reserve the kitten. The remaining balance of $*******shall be paid upon pick up no later then *.

3. Health Guarantee: The Broker guarantees that the Kitten is healthy and free from any illnesses or genetic defects at the time of sale. The Kitten has been examined by a licensed veterinarian, has received age-appropriate vaccinations, and has been dewormed. The Broker shall provide the Buyer with the Kitten’s vaccination records upon pickup or delivery.
4. Veterinary examination. You have 48 business hours, excluding weekends and holidays, in which to have the Kitten examined by a licensed veterinarian of your choice. If the veterinarian certifies that, at the time of sale, the Kitten was unfit for purchase due to a congenital or hereditary disorder, you have the right to return the Kitten and receive a refund of the purchase price excluding the veterinary costs related to the certification that the Kitten is unfit. You must notify us by phone at 916-595-4996 Yelena Makovskaya, within 2 business days of the veterinarian’s determination that the Kitten l was unfit; if you do not notify us within 2 business days, you will lose the right to return the Kitten.

5. Return Policy: Once the deposit is paid, there are no refunds, unless the kitten becomes unavailable.

6. Care and Maintenance: The Buyer agrees to provide a loving home for the Kitten, including providing adequate food, water, shelter, and medical care. The Buyer shall not declaw or otherwise harm the Kitten in any way.

7. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California.

8. Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the sale of the Kitten.

9. Signature: The parties have executed this Agreement as of the date first above written.
