Reservation conditions

1. The transfer of the kitten to the future Owner is made no earlier than when the kitten reaches the age of 2-3 months, with first step/full vaccination, dewormed, health certificate from licensed vet.
2. The Breeder guarantees that the kitten, after making a security deposit for it, will not be transferred to anyone else.
3. The Buyer makes a security deposit in the amount of 500 usd on account of the total value of the transfer of ownership of the animal, (Zelle, Venmo, cash or bank account) The total cost of the transfer of holdership rights of animals is usd. Balance due_
usd (plus transportation, if needed).
4. Reservation fee can be returned in first 24 hours.
5. In the event that the Breeder decides not to sell this kitten to the Buyer, the Breeder fully returns the security deposit and undertakes to provide the opportunity to purchase the kitten in one of the following litters.
6. In the event of the death of the animal, the Breeder fully returns the security payment to the Buyer.
